**ALL SALE PRODUCTS CANNOT BE REFUNDED, ONLY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT (including sales used with promotional codes)**

Need to return? No sweat! We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience from LiCi Fit. We will gladly accept items returned within 21 days (including weekends) after delivery.

Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition. Your item(s) are expected to be new, un-used, original tags attached, and without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, animal and/or human hair(s), deodorant marks, etc.) to be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. If we receive any item(s) that show signs of wear, or odor, we reserve the right to deny any further exchange, refund, or store credit on the returned item(s).

International: LiCi Fit  does not provide return shipping labels for international returns. You will need to purchase a shipping label from your local post office. International orders are not eligible for an exchange, but can return for a refund or store credit

We understand deliveries may sometimes be delayed, therefore, return packages postmarked within the 14 days will still be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 

Packages returned to us after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but can receive store credit only. Packages returned to us after 21 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Shipping, mask packs and sale items are nonrefundable and only eligible items returned will be refunded if returned within 14 days.

Once your return package has been received and approved, we will process your refund or store credit. An email notification from our team will be sent as soon as the return has been processed.

 

EXCHANGES

LiCi Fit now offers exchanges only for domestic orders through our returns portal (the same links are mentioned above). Have your order number and email address ready to access the returns portal page. The email address is case sensitive, make sure the email address is typed in all lowercase and no symbols are used in front of the order number. It will prompt you through a series of questions after you clarify if it will be a return or exchange and you will be given a return label to print.

 

 

Shipping is nonrefundable. Once your return package has been received and approved, we will process your exchange. An email notification from our team will be sent as soon as the exchange has been processed.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All sale items are ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS.

International: At this time LiCi Fit does not support exchanges for international orders, however, you’re more than welcome to return item(s) for a refund if it is returned within 21 days (including weekends) after delivery. We understand that there might be some delays to receiving your return package, so as long as the package is postmarked within the 21 day window, we will be able to issue the refund.

 

What if my return package is lost?

First contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim then reach out to our team at support@licifit.com. LiCi Fit is not liable for lost return packages. Refunds, store credit, or exchanges must be approved by the LiCi Fit team. LiCi Fit has the right to refuse issuing a refund, store credit, or exchange if fraudulent activity is suspected. In addition, LiCi Fit is not liable for damages that happen to packages in transit during shipment to the customer as well as return packages to LiCi Fit. 

 

What if my item(s) is/are damaged?

Please report any defective items to LiCi Fit right away at support@licifit.com with photos. For any items from orders placed over 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.

 

What items are final sale?

Final sale items include: Face Masks, Workout Booty Bands, Petal Tanks, all types of Sweaters and Sweat Pants, and the White Essentials Collection. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

LiCi Fit reserves the right to cancel orders and refuse issuing any refunds, store credit, or exchanges if any fraudulent activity is suspected or at our discretion for any reason. Feel free to contact us at support@licifit.com with any questions.
