ORDERS + SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Domestic orders within the U.S. ship within 2 days and arrive 5-10 business days after your order is placed. For international orders, please allow up to 10-14 business days for your package to arrive. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to track your order, and another email once it ships. Keep in mind that these are just estimates -- we’re always working hard to get your order out as fast as possible! It will be there before you know it, babes!

Shipping is FREE on all domestic U.S. orders over $150 USD
A flat rate of $7.00 USD on domestic orders under $150 USD
Standard shipping (with package protection): $9
2-3 Day Express: $15
2-3 Day Express (with package protection): $17
We love seeing our international babes in LiCi! If you’re outside of the U.S., we use DHL to ensure your package gets to you safely and quickly.
International shipping fees are based on shipping address, weight, and dimensions of the order.
Please be advised that international orders may experience additional delays and/or incur increased duties and fees due to shipping carrier and regional restrictions. We have no control over these fees and overcharges as they are imposed by the shipping carrier and customs agencies, not LiCi.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT.
Please double check that the shipping address you used matches your location. If so, check with your neighbors or leasing office to make sure someone didn’t receive your package by mistake. Contact USPS for domestic (or DHL if you’re international) first to find the update on your package. If your shipping address was correct and you still haven’t located your package 24-48 hours after it says it was delivered, please reach out to our Customer Service email at firstname.lastname@example.org. LiCi is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center, but we will always do our best to work with you to try to find your order or provide a replacement if possible.
If you have Package Protection you will be eligible for a replacement if the item is available and if not, a refund may be issued. If you do not have Package Protection, we will require you to file a claim with our insurance company to get approved for store credit for the full amount of the order that is lost.
WHAT IS PACKAGE PROTECTION AND DO YOU OFFER IT?
Package protection insures lost or stolen packages. If your package is suspected lost or stolen, your order is guaranteed store credit or a refund if the originally ordered items are unavailable. If we have the items in stock, we’ll be able to replace the items.
We offer package protection for domestic U.S. orders only. We STRONGLY recommend that you select package protection with your order! Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, you will select options for package protection (Standard shipping $9 OR 2-3 Day Express $17).
I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN AND I DON’T HAVE PACKAGE PROTECTION:
Orders that are lost or stolen and are not protected with package protection are non-refundable; however, store credit can be issued. We will require you to file a claim with our insurance company to get approved for store credit for the full amount of the package that is lost. All information submitted will be confidential. Please reach out to our Customer Service Department at email@example.com as soon as your package is suspected lost or stolen. Store credit will not be honored if we are notified past 30 days from the date of purchase.
Contact your local postal service (USPS) right away and file a claim. They will provide a reference number and expedite your request. They should update you with your tracking request once it is available.
I JUST PLACED 2 OR MORE ORDERS, CAN YOU MERGE OR GROUP MY ORDERS TOGETHER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to merge or group orders together when they are shipping to the same address. Once an order is placed in our system, we are unable to make any changes.
I JUST PLACED 2 OR MORE ORDERS, CAN YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING ON ONE OR ALL OF THE ORDERS PLACED?
Once an order is placed in our system, we are unable to make any changes including shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable even if more than one order is placed at the same time, regardless if the items added up qualify for free shipping (purchase amount of $150+). Please ensure your items are purchased under one order to redeem free shipping on orders over $150.
CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
Once orders are placed, we are generally unable to make adjustments to them. However, we always do our best to accommodate the LiCi Tribe when possible. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any changes regarding size, style, shipping address, or order cancellation. Please note that we can’t add items to your order after it’s already been placed.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY?
Need to return? No sweat! We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience from LiCi Fit. We will gladly accept items returned within 14 days (including weekends) after delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Shipping is nonrefundable and only eligible items returned will be refunded if returned within 14 days. Packages returned to us after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but can receive store credit only. Packages returned to us after 21 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit. An exception is made for postmarked packages that are returned to us within the 14 days are eligible for a refund or store credit, however, a receipt and tracking number will need to be provided. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for any refunds or exchanges.
HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK PRINTS?
Prints generally restock every 8-12 weeks, depending on the print. We're a small women-owned business that takes pride in our handmade pieces. Because our products are not mass produced, it takes more time to create each piece with love, so we appreciate your patience! It's worth the wait, we promise.
To ensure that you're the first to know when we restock, you can head to our website, click on the product you are looking for, and sign up for restock notifications! You can choose to get an email or text. Don’t forget to keep up with us on Instagram and turn on post notifications for additional restock and new release announcements. We have so many amazing things in the works and can't wait to share them with you!
IF A LIMITED-EDITION PRINT SELLS OUT, WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?
When we say limited-edition, we're not bluffing. We create exclusive collections that are released on specified launch days and available for sale at that time. Once a limited-edition print sells out, sadly, it’s gone for good. The good news is that our core collection is here to stay, which means it will always return at some point!
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY LICI?
The best way to care for your LiCi is to machine wash cold with like colors. We recommend letting your pieces air dry - drape them over a chair and they’ll be dry in no time!
WHERE DO YOU MAKE YOUR CLOTHING?
LiCi is designed in Los Angeles and handmade in Brazil. We personally oversee every part of the production process and are always in touch with our production partners to make sure we’re able to create the absolute best quality and consistency of our pieces.
LiCi Fit does not sell wholesale, nor do we authorize the resale of our products outside of LiCifit.com. If orders are flagged for resale purposes, LiCi has the right to cancel/refund your order and flag your account for future monitoring. Authentic LiCi products are only sold on LiCifit.com. We advise against buying LiCi pieces from resale websites such as Poshmark or Mercari as there is no way to authenticate or verify the legitimacy of items sold on third party sites.

LiCi is a proud advocate for ALL women, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and more. To date, LiCi has dedicated proceeds of specific collection releases to various causes and charities, totaling over $20,000.
