We try to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. Please allow 3-4 business days for in house processing before shipping.
We recommend tracking your item and then reaching out to your local USPS, UPS or DHL directly. Unfortunately, once an order has left us, we are unable to control its whereabouts.
If you believe your package is lost, please email us at support@licifit.com within 7 business days of the original delivery date.If a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for that package.
First contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim then reach out to our team at support@licifit.com. LiCi Fit is not liable for lost return packages. Refunds, store credit, or exchanges must be approved by the LiCi Fit team. LiCi Fit has the right to refuse issuing a refund, store credit, or exchange if fraudulent activity is suspected. In addition, LiCi Fit is not liable for damages that happen to packages in transit during shipment to the customer as well as return packages to LiCi Fit.
Please report any defective items to LiCi Fit right away at support@licifit.com with photos. For any items from orders placed over 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.
No. Please be advised any items returned to us without tags attached will be denied and will either be donated, or will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Any returns sent back to LiCi Fit without a return label provided by our return portal or a support team member will not be processed and will be disposed of or shipped back at the customer's expense.
Once an order is placed we cannot apply discount codes. Please save your code for your next order!
Unfortunately, going forward we are unable to merge or group orders together when they are shipping to the same address. Once an order is placed in our system, we are unable to make any changes.
Once an order is placed in our system, we are unable to make any changes including shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable even if more than one order is placed at the same time, regardless if the items added up qualify for free shipping (purchase amount of $150+). Please ensure your items are purchased under one order to redeem free shipping on orders over $150.
All of LiCi Fit collections are currently limited edition and will not be restocked, unless otherwise announced. We have so many things on the way that we’re so excited to share with you! Make sure to sign up for email newsletters and text notifications to be the first to get exclusive announcements and flash sales.
In about 3-6 weeks depending on the print. We are a super small, but growing company so as we grow we are also growing our inventory. In the meantime, to ensure that you are notified first when we do restock, you can head to our website, click on the product you are looking for and sign up for restock notifications! You can either be emailed or texted. Don’t forget to make sure you’re following us on Instagram and to turn on notifications for additional restock and new release announcements. Once orders are placed, we are generally unable to make adjustments to them. However, we always do our best to make accommodations when possible. Email us at support@licifit.com for any changes regarding size, style, shipping address, or order cancellation. Please note that we can’t add items to your order after it’s already been placed.

Final sale items include: Last Chance Items, Sale items, Face Masks, Workout Booty Bands, Petal Tanks, all types of Sweaters and Sweat Pants, and the White Essentials Collection. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Need to return? No sweat! We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience from LiCi Fit. We will gladly accept items returned within 14 days (including weekends) after delivery. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition. Your item(s) are expected to be new, un-used, original tags attached, and without any marks or signs of wear(ex. makeup marks, animal hairs(s), deodorant marks, etc.) to be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. If we receive any item(s) that show signs of wear, or odor, we reserve the right to deny any further exchange, refund, or store credit on the returned item(s).
Packages returned to us after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but can receive store credit only. Packages returned to us after 21 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit. An exception is made for postmarked packages that are returned to us within the 14 days are eligible for a refund or store credit, however, a receipt and tracking number will need to be provided. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Exchanges require a handling fee in the amount of $6.00.

International: At this time LiCi Fit does not support exchanges for international orders, however, you’re more than welcome to return item(s) for a refund if it is returned within 14 days (including weekends) after delivery. We understand that there might be some delays to receiving your return package, so as long as the package is postmarked within the 14 day window, we will be able to issue the refund.

We allow price adjustments on select styles for orders placed within 7 days of the start date to when the product price was marked down.
