Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
Need to return? No sweat! We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience from LiCi Fit. We will gladly accept items returned within 14 days (including weekends) after delivery.

We understand deliveries may sometimes be delayed, therefore, return packages postmarked within the 14 days will still be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Packages returned to us after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but can receive store credit only. Packages returned to us after 21 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
LiCi Fit does not cover the return postage, however, if you are returning for a refund, our system will automatically deduct the return shipping fees from the item(s) you are returning.
Shipping is nonrefundable and only eligible items returned will be refunded if returned within 14 days.
Once your return package has been received, we will process your refund or store credit.
LiCi Fit now offers exchanges through our returns portal (link is mentioned above) and you can access it here as well.
Have your order number and email address ready to access the returns portal page. It will prompt you through a series of questions after you clarify if it will be a return or exchange and you will be given a return label to print.
LiCi Fit does not cover the return postage, however our system will be able to generate the return label for you. Once your return package has been received, we will process your exchange.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
