Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition. Your item(s) are expected to be new, un-used, original tags attached, and without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, animal hairs(s), deodorant marks, etc.) to be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. If we receive any item(s) that show signs of wear, or odor, we reserve the right to deny any further exchange, refund, or store credit on the returned item(s).

We understand deliveries may sometimes be delayed, therefore, return packages postmarked within the 14 days will still be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 

Packages returned to us after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but can receive store credit only. Packages returned to us after 21 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

LiCi Fit does not cover the return postage, however, our system will automatically generate your label and deduct the shipping fee from your refund.

Shipping, mask packs and sale items are nonrefundable and only eligible items returned will be refunded if returned within 14 days.

Once your return package has been received and approved, we will process your refund or store credit. An email notification from our team will be sent as soon as the return has been processed.

 

EXCHANGES

LiCi Fit now offers exchanges only for domestic orders through our returns portal (the same links are mentioned above). Have your order number and email address ready to access the returns portal page. The email address is case sensitive, make sure the email address is typed in all lowercase and no symbols are used in front of the order number. It will prompt you through a series of questions after you clarify if it will be a return or exchange and you will be given a return label to print.

LiCi Fit does not cover the return postage, however, our system will automatically generate your label and deduct the shipping fee from your refund. Once your return package has been received and approved, we will process your exchange. An email notification from our team will be sent as soon as the exchange has been processed.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All sale items and Mask Packs are FINAL SALE.

What are the shipping rates?

Domestic orders:

  • Shipping is FREE on all domestic orders over $150
  • A Flat Rate of $7.00 USD on domestic orders under $150 USD
  • Standard shipping (with package protection) $9
  • 2-3 Day Express $15
  • 2-3 Day Express (with package protection) $17

International orders:

  • DHL is the only international carrier that we use currently.
  • International shipping fees are based on shipping address and the weight and dimensions of the order.
  • Please be advised that international orders may experience additional delays and/or incur increased duties and fees due to shipping carrier  and regional restrictions. These fees and overcharges are imposed by the shipping carrier and customs agencies, not LiCi. 

Do you offer package protection? 

Yes! We offer package protection for domestic orders. We strongly advise that you select package protection with your order! Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, you will select options for package protection (2-3 Day Express $17 OR Standard shipping $9).

What is package protection?

Package protection insures lost or stolen packages. If your package is suspected lost or stolen, your order is guaranteed store credit if the originally ordered items are unavailable. If we have the items in stock, we will be able to replace the items.

I think my package is lost or stolen and I don’t have package protection:

Orders that are lost or stolen and are not protected with package protection are non-refundable, however, store credit can be issued. Please notify our Customer Service Department at support@licifit.com right away once your package is suspected lost or stolen. Store credit will not be honored if it is reported to us past one month.

Contact your local postal service (USPS) right away and file a claim. They will provide a reference number and expedite your request. They should update you with your tracking request once applicable.

I just placed 2 (or more) orders, can you merge or group my orders together in one package?

Unfortunately, going forward we are unable to merge or group orders together when they are shipping to the same address. Once an order is placed in our system, we are unable to make any changes. 

I just placed 2 (or more) orders, can you refund the shipping on one or all of the orders placed?

Once an order is placed in our system, we are unable to make any changes including shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable even if more than one order is placed at the same time, regardless if the items added up qualify for free shipping (purchase amount of $150+). Please ensure your items are purchased under one order to redeem free shipping on orders over $150.

How often do you restock?

All of LiCi Fit’s collections are currently limited edition and will not be restocked, unless otherwise announced. We have so many things on the way that we’re so excited to share with you! Make sure to sign up for email newsletters and text notifications to be the first to get exclusive announcements and flash sales.  

In about 3-6 weeks depending on the print. We are a super small, but growing company so as we grow we are also growing our inventory. In the meantime, to ensure that you are notified first when we do restock, you can head to our website, click on the product you are looking for and sign up for restock notifications! You can either be emailed or texted. Don’t forget to make sure you’re following us on Instagram and to turn on notifications for additional restock and new release announcements. Thanks for all your patience with us!! We have so many amazing things on the way! 

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

Once orders are placed, we are generally unable to make adjustments to them. However, we always do our best to accommodate the LiCi Tribe when possible. Email us at support@licifit.com for any changes regarding size, style, shipping address, or order cancellation. Please note that we can’t add items to your order after it’s already been placed.
