Need to return? No sweat! We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience from LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC. We will gladly accept items returned within 14 days (including weekends) after delivery.
Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition. Your item(s) are expected to be new, un-used, original tags attached, and without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, animal hairs(s), deodorant marks, etc.) to be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. If we receive any item(s) that show signs of wear, or odor, we reserve the right to deny any further exchange, refund, or store credit on the returned item(s).
In the case any returns are sent to LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC that does not conform with LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC's return policy, it will be declined and will be shipped back at the customer's expense or disposed of.

We understand deliveries may sometimes be delayed, therefore, return packages postmarked within the 14 days will still be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Packages returned to us after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but can receive store credit only. Packages returned to us after 21 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC does not cover the return postage, however, our system will automatically generate your label and deduct the shipping fee from your refund. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Returns requesting a refund will be charged an 8% restock fee.
Shipping, mask packs and sale items are nonrefundable and only eligible items returned will be refunded if returned within 14 days.
Once your return package has been received and approved, we will process your refund or store credit. An email notification from our team will be sent as soon as the return has been processed.
LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC now offers exchanges only for domestic orders through our returns portal (the same links are mentioned above). Have your order number and email address ready to access the returns portal page. The email address is case sensitive, make sure the email address is typed in all lowercase and no symbols are used in front of the order number. It will prompt you through a series of questions after you clarify if it will be a return or exchange and you will be given a return label to print.
LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC does not cover the return postage, however, our system will automatically generate your label and deduct the shipping fee from your refund. Returns requesting an exchange will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.
Any return sent back to LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC without a return label provided by our return portal or a support team member will not be processed and will be disposed of or shipped back at the customer's expense.
Shipping is nonrefundable. Once your return package has been received and approved, we will process your exchange. An email notification from our team will be sent as soon as the exchange has been processed.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All sale items and Mask Packs are FINAL SALE.

International: At this time LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC does not support exchanges for international orders, however, you’re more than welcome to return item(s) for a refund if it is returned within 14 days (including weekends) after delivery. We understand that there might be some delays to receiving your return package, so as long as the package is postmarked within the 14 day window, we will be able to issue the refund.
What if my return package is lost?
First contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim then reach out to our team at email@example.com. LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC is not liable for lost return packages. Refunds, store credit, or exchanges must be approved by the LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC team. LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC has the right to refuse issuing a refund, store credit, or exchange if fraudulent activity is suspected. In addition, LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC is not liable for damages that happen to packages in transit during shipment to the customer as well as return packages to LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC. If you purchased Route Protection Plan, you may file a claim directly on their website at https://claims.route.com/. Packages not insured with Route are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.
What if my item(s) is/are damaged?
Please report any defective items to LiCi Fit by C&L Activewear LLC right away at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos. For any items from orders placed over 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.
Are Mask Packs returnable for a refund, store credit, or exchange?
No. All Mask Packs are final sale due to sanitary reasons. Any mask pack that is returned will be disposed and will not be issued store credit, a refund, or exchanges.
What items are final sale?
Final sale items include: Last Chance Items, Sale items, Face Masks, Workout Booty Bands, Petal Tanks, all types of Sweaters and Sweat Pants, and the White Essentials Collection. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
