Return & Exchange Policies

Need to return? No sweat! We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience from LiCi Fit. We will gladly accept items returned within 14 days (including weekends) after delivery, please email support@licifit.com to get a return started. We understand deliveries may sometimes be delayed, therefore, return packages postmarked within the 14 days will still be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. 

Packages returned to us after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but can receive store credit only. Packages returned to us after 21 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

LiCi Fit currently does not offer exchanges, a refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return. Shipping is nonrefundable and only eligible items returned will be refunded if returned within 14 days. If you wish to receive a different item, you'll need to place a new order via the website.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
